What’s included?
The UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office will cover the cost of your course fees, paid directly to your UK university. You will also receive a one-off arrival allowance to support your move to study in the UK.
You will be expected to self-fund any remaining living costs.
If you are successful in applying to study an MBA course with Chevening, the maximum contribution is £22,000.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be nominated by your chosen UK university.
Universities will nominate candidates who meet the standard Chevening eligibility requirements. For example, Chevening applicants must:
Have at least two years’ work experience following completion of their first undergraduate degree.
Not hold British or dual British citizenship (unless you are a citizen of a British Overseas Territory or hold BN(O) and are applying from Hong Kong).
Not be an employee, former employee, or direct relative of an employee of the UK Government, the British Council, or a participating UK university where this would make them ineligible under Chevening rules.
Commit to returning to their home country for a minimum of two years after completing their studies in the UK. In this context, ‘home’ means the country of citizenship under which you are applying for the award.
You must also:
Hold an offer from your nominating university, for an eligible full-time taught master’s course based in the UK and starting in autumn 2026.
Have already met all academic and English language requirements for entry.
Have no outstanding offer conditions other than demonstrating affordability or securing funding for your studies.
