Key Responsibilities
Selected farm workers will perform standard agricultural routines, including:
- Plant, cultivate, weed, clean, and irrigate vegetable crops.
- Harvest vegetables, seedlings, row, and orchard crops manually by hand.
- Sort and grade fruits and vegetables according to size, shape, colour, and quality standards.
- Pack harvested produce for market distribution and separate non-marketable items.
- Examine crops and harvested products for quality and market readiness.
- Clear fields of wood, debris, and stones and apply appropriate hoeing techniques between crop rows.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and tools safely.
- Follow workplace safety guidelines and perform general farm duties as instructed.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
The position involves outdoor physical labor under changing weather conditions, including hot, cold, wet, and damp environments. Workers may experience exposure to dust, odours, noise, and refrigerated spaces.
- Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Repetitive physical movements requiring manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination.
- Handling heavy loads weighing up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule & Hours
Shifts range between 40 to 60 hours per week and may involve:
